1. Overview
AdVenture Designs delivers all projects digitally in clearly defined phases. This policy sets out typical timelines, what influences them, and the mutual responsibilities that ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
All timelines run from project kickoff — defined as the date the deposit is received and all required initial content and information has been supplied by the Client.
2. Standard Project Timelines
The following are estimated delivery timelines based on typical project complexity:
- Logo & Brand Identity: 1 – 2 - 5 Days
- Landing Page (1 page): 1 – 2 - 5 Days
- Standard Website (5 – 10 pages): 3 – 5 - 7 Days (1 Week)
- Website Refresh / Redesign: 2 – 1 Week
- E-Commerce Store: 5 – Up to 2 Weeks
- Custom Web Application / Client Portal: 8 – Up to 2 Weeks
These timelines assume timely delivery of content and approvals from the Client (see Section 4). Complex integrations, additional pages, or custom functionality may extend these estimates. A detailed timeline is provided in every project proposal.
3. Project Phases
Every project is delivered through defined phases, with written sign-off required before the next phase commences:
- Discovery & Brief Confirmation — 2 – 2 business days
- Concept / Wireframes / Architecture — 4 – 2 business days
- Visual Design — 5 – up to 5 Days
- Development & Build — 8 – (scope-dependent)
- Client Review & Revisions — up to 3 business days per round
- Final Approval & Pre-Launch Checks — 2 – 2 business days
- Launch & Post-Launch Monitoring — 1 – 2 business days
Moving to the next phase without written approval may result in rework being charged at an additional rate.
4. Client Responsibilities
On-time delivery is a shared responsibility. To keep your project on schedule, we require:
- All required content (text copy, images, logos, brand guidelines) supplied within 5 business days of the agreed content deadline
- Feedback and revision requests provided within 3 - 5 business days of receiving deliverables for review
- Consolidated, written feedback — not multiple rounds of piecemeal comments
- Attendance at scheduled calls and timely responses to project communications
- Written approval at each phase gate before the next phase begins
5. Delays
Client-caused delays: If a Client fails to meet their responsibilities within the timelines above, the project timeline will be extended by an equivalent period at no additional cost. If a delay exceeds 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold. Reactivation after an extended hold may attract a reactivation fee, which will be communicated in writing before work resumes.
Agency-caused delays: If we anticipate any delay on our side, we will notify you in writing within 2 business days of identifying the issue, together with a revised timeline. Agency-caused delays do not result in additional charges.
6. Rush Projects
Rush delivery (within approximately 50% of standard timelines) is available subject to current capacity and attracts a 30 – 50% rush premium on the quoted project fee. Contact us to discuss availability and confirm pricing before committing.
7. Method of Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally via:
- Direct server deployment (live websites)
- File-sharing platform (design files, brand assets, documentation)
- Email (invoices, approvals, correspondence)
Physical media delivery is not standard and is only available by special prior arrangement.
8. Final Acceptance
Launch authorisation must be given in writing (email is accepted as written confirmation). By authorising launch, the Client confirms that all deliverables meet the agreed specifications and accepts the project as complete. Post-launch support and changes fall under our maintenance plans or are quoted as new work.
